Across multiple trade show and conference initiatives, I developed and implemented scalable, templated design systems for large-format applications, including pop-up displays, retractable banners, and booth graphics. These systems were built to ensure brand consistency while enabling rapid turnaround from concept to production and on-site delivery. Each system was structured around modular grids, defined typographic hierarchies, and standardized asset libraries, allowing designs to flex across varying booth sizes and event requirements without compromising visual integrity. This approach supported efficient updates to messaging and localization, while maintaining a cohesive brand presence across all environments.
A key focus was integrating production considerations directly into the design process. All files were built as print-ready, with precise control over scale, bleed, resolution, and material specifications to meet large-format requirements. This reduced prepress errors, streamlined vendor collaboration, and ensured consistent output across multiple fabricators and tight timelines. Design decisions were also informed by real-world conditions, sightlines, viewing distance, lighting variability, and high-traffic environments, resulting in graphics that are both visually impactful and highly legible. The systems supported not only brand visibility but also attendee flow and engagement.
Collectively, this body of work demonstrates the ability to lead and scale complex experiential design programs—balancing creative direction, operational efficiency, and production accuracy across a wide range of event applications.
