Once a year, top-performing real estate professionals from across the country gather for The Peak Experience, where Brian Buffini shares strategies for growth, success, and significance. As lead designer, I partnered with stakeholders to craft the event’s full visual identity around Brian’s chosen theme, “Finding Your Yellow Brick Road.” Beginning with the workbook cover, I developed a cohesive design system that carried through 42 print and digital touchpoints, from downloadable agent resources and Brian’s stage presentation to branded promotional items including a backpack, travel tag, water bottle, collectible lapel pin, pen, and hat. The stage and set design featured large-format adaptations of my original artwork, culminating in an immersive moment: a yellow brick road extending from the stage down the center aisle, visually guiding attendees through the experience.
