The ResMed MaskSelector campaign was designed as a digital-first, patient-centered system that supports both healthcare practitioners and patients in making more confident, informed mask-fitting decisions. In the absence of a photoshoot budget, I built a cohesive visual framework by thoughtfully integrating existing product photography with curated lifestyle imagery and video, ensuring the experience remained both clinically credible and relatable to real patient scenarios.
I developed a unified creative approach that could scale across motion, email, and interactive content. I art directed two core videos by defining storyboard, pacing, transitions, and visual treatments, creating a clear structure that aligned with user comprehension and engagement goals. All campaign assets, including B2B and B2C emails designed for Salesforce and Seismic were created in Adobe XD within a modular design system, enabling efficient handoff and seamless implementation by digital teams. 
This project reflects a balance of systems thinking and human-centered design, creating an ecosystem that simplifies decision-making, improves usability, and supports better patient outcomes.
