ResMed Compliance Coach, part of the AirView Plus ecosystem, is an AI-driven solution designed to help Home Medical Equipment (HME) providers improve CPAP patient adherence and maximize reimbursement. Embedded within the ResMed AirView platform, it enables providers to quickly identify at-risk patients, streamline outreach, and access therapy data, all within a unified workflow.
The Challenge
Launching Compliance Coach required introducing a new AI-powered feature within an already established platform without overwhelming users or disrupting existing product familiarity. The campaign needed to clearly communicate incremental value while reinforcing trust in the broader AirView system. At the same time, the audience; healthcare professionals and HME providers demanded clarity, efficiency, and proof. Messaging needed to avoid marketing “fluff” and instead prioritize data-driven benefits, workflow improvements, and measurable outcomes.
