The Esri User Conference (Esri UC) is the world’s largest gathering of Geographic Information System (GIS) professionals, drawing more than 20,000 attendees each year to the San Diego Convention Center and surrounding venues. I worked in close collaboration with Esri’s internal teams to develop and manage a scalable print systems, structures, consistency, and organization to a complex, high-volume event environment. My role spanned design and layout through to production, overseeing the design of large-scale signage, modular print collateral, and supporting materials for booths ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and seamless delivery across all touchpoints.
