Anthropologie was a key client during a seasonal push centered on a vintage-inspired trend direction. I traveled to Guangzhou, Hong Kong, and Canton to source vendors and build relationships with manufacturers capable of bringing my concepts to life. I led the design strategy by curating a palette of muted tones and soft pastels, balancing aesthetic vision with strict budget requirements.
The assortment was intentionally developed to extend beyond Easter, with select pieces designed to transition seamlessly into Valentine’s Day and the wedding season, maximizing product lifecycle and retail relevance.
In addition to creative direction, I managed the project end-to-end, establishing clear organizational systems, coordinating timelines, and delegating execution across internal teams to ensure alignment and efficiency. I also cultivated and maintained strong vendor partnerships, sourcing glass from Turkey and developing custom-colored pressed glass with manufacturing partners in China for Marshalls and TJ Maxx. These relationships were essential to achieving both quality and cost targets while supporting scalable production.
