As a creative lead in housewares product development, I approach Fall, our highest-performing season, with a strategic, end-to-end mindset that begins with early trend forecasting and carries through to final delivery. I oversee the full lifecycle, from concept development, sketching, and color direction to prototyping, budgeting, and buyer-facing presentations. This includes close coordination across vendors, international travel, shipping logistics, and compliance with customs requirements—ensuring all moving parts remain aligned through clear systems and disciplined processes.
For the season, I directed a cohesive design narrative centered on skull motifs, executed in a palette of black, clear, and irreverent accent colors. This vision was translated across drinkware, serveware, and storage, spanning both glass and ceramic, resulting in a unified and commercially impactful collection.
