I was approached by the Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity and Inclusion to design a webpage highlighting ResMed’s Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), with a focus on creating a clear, engaging, and accessible experience.
I collaborated with the stakeholder and a copywriter to ensure content was both comprehensive and concise, emphasizing clarity, scannability, and strong information hierarchy for a digital audience. Using ResMed’s brand guidelines, I streamlined the layout for ease of navigation across devices with a mobile-first approach. Accessibility remained a priority, with all elements reviewed for ADA compliance, including color contrast, typography, and alt text.
